Your personal data

Scope of data collection, processing and use

If you are simply visiting the Stolzenberg GmbH website, you will not be asked to share any of your personal data with us. It is not possible to use the access data collected during your visit (e.g. the name of your Internet provider, requested files and the date of their retrieval) to establish any reference to you as an individual without additional data that is not made available to us (e.g. information from your Internet provider). Any data we capture is used solely for the purposes of improving our product range. Use of contact, registration and application forms

The contact, registration and application forms made available on the Stolzenberg GmbH website allow you to make direct contact with us. When using these forms, we collect, process and use the information communicated by you exclusively for the processing of your particular request. Once your email has reached our server, it will be only be read by our employees. However, please be aware, that the non-encrypted transmission of data via the Internet always represents a security risk. It is simply not possible to fully protect data from access by a third party, particularly where such data is sent unencrypted by email.


Once you have registered for the Stolzenberg GmbH Newsletter, we use the information you have given us exclusively for the sending out of our newsletters. If at any time you decide to terminate your newsletter subscription, your data will immediately be deleted. You can terminate your subscription at any time using the link contained in the Newsletter.


When you visit the Stolzenberg GmbH website, we install “cookies”. Cookies are small text files, which are deposited in the buffer of your browser. The information contained in these cookies might, for example, allow your chosen language of communication to be captured and stored. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” (see above). Information about your use of the website (including your IP address) is generated by the cookies, sent to a Google server in the USA and retained. On our website, Google Analytics has been updated with an anonymising software tool („gat._anonymizeIp()“). Following its capture, your IP address is subsequently anonymised by this tool.

The information Google captures is used to evaluate your website behaviour, in order to produce reports on website activity for the site provider and offer additional services linked to the use of the website and the Internet. Where appropriate, Google may choose to share this information with third parties, either in accordance with legal requirements or where these third parties are commissioned by Google to process the captured data. Under no circumstances will Google use your IP address in connection with other data it has captured.
